Greetings, All Ye Readers!
Lady Louisa’s Christmas Knight is on the shelves and earning glowing reviews! Louisa and Joseph had better enjoy their launch month, too, because on November 6, my first e-novella, The Courtship, becomes generally available, and on December 4, The Bridegroom Wore Plaid, my first Scottish Victorian, arrives in both print and ebook formats.
As if that weren’t enough good news, mark your calendars for November 23—Black Friday—because on that fine day, those of us not motivated to hit the malls can stay home and download Lady Sophie’s Christmas Wish onto our NOOKS for 99 cents. Tell your friends and reading buddies, because I guarantee you, Sophie and Vim’s story is more fun than what’s doing at the retailers.
And in other news (this being a newsletter)… I recently caught up with Madam Editor, and got a peek at the tentative schedule for next year’s releases. Hold onto your e-readers and print books, because what’s under consideration–subject to revision at any point of course—looks like this:
February 2013–Lady Eve’s Indiscretion
April 2013–Darius (we met him in The Virtuoso) and the e-novella, A Duke and His Duchess
May 2013–Nicholas (also from The Virtuoso)
June 2013–Ethan (Nick’s half brother)
July 2013–Beckman (Nick’s brother)
August 2013–Once Upon a Tartan (Second Scottish Victorian)
September 2013–Gareth (Heathgate, who put in an appearance in The Heir)
October 2013–Lady Jenny’s Christmas (the final Windham sibling)
November 2013–Andrew (Heathgate’s brother)
December 2013–Douglas (Viscount Amery, from The Soldier)
January 2014–David (Lord Fairly, mentioned in The Heir)
February 2014–The MacGregor’s Lady (Third Scottish Victorian)
We have some novellas in the works too, and a few other books for swains and damsels you haven’t met yet, so watch the website for updates. The website is also where I’ll post the upcoming blog tour, which will include chances to win signed copies of either Lady Louisa’s Christmas Knight, or The Bridegroom Wore Plaid.
And mark those calendars again, because on November 30, I’m joining forces with Victoria Alexander, Vanessa Kelly, and Theresa Romaine to celebrate Romancing the Holidays from 9 am to 9 pm at The Romance Dish. We’ll be giving away books, books, and more books, plus a NOOK, a Kindle, and many other prizes, including two enormous book baskets to women’s shelters or libraries. Register here, and plan to join the fun.
